THAT Central Huron Council receives the report from Steve Doherty, CAO titled “Melena Drive South – Road Recommendation” ;AND THAT the Englobe Corp. “Slope Stability Investigation Report – Revised” dated May, 2021 and Memorandum dated June 10, 2021 and the BM Ross “Sketch of Geotechnical Information” date June 23, 2021, be received; AND THAT the Municipality of Central Huron, upon notification to the impacted landowners, extend the southern end of Melena Drive (starting just south of 77499 Melena Drive) easterly so that the drivable portion of the road is east of the “Erosion Access Allowance” as outlined in the BM Ross June 23, 2021 “Sketch of Geotechnical Information”;
