that Council authorizes the Mayor and CAO/Deputy-Clerk to execute the Agreement of Purchase and Sale re. Bluewater Youth Centre Property and; that Council acknowledges that once the Agreement of Purchase and Sale is signed, the Municipality will engage multiple professional service vendors to begin the tasks related to due diligence, and that those costs are non-recoverable in the event that the deal does not close.
